My story
I felt like a failure for a big part of my life. I had a college
degree, a husband, four children, a beautiful house, good friends,
overseas holidays, cute pets, many certificates and diplomas and
especially a lot of frustration . I had everything
and nothing at the same time. I was going nowhere, thinking
that everybody was successful except me. I tried to convince myself
that I couldn't be successful with so many kids to look after, but
then this reminded me of my mother, who never did anything with
her talents and energy “because of the children.” I decided that
was a lousy excuse, so I had to find another, more plausible excuse,
but couldn't find any. My frustration was building up to the size
of a mountain. I got more and more scattered, feeling like I was
cut up in a hundred pieces: one going this way, another going that
way, still another going elsewhere and all together going nowhere.
Do you recognize the feeling? It was terrible and with every passing
birthday it got worse. I was destroying myself and started
to “explode.” I didn't understand this was my own energy turning
against myself, because I didn't have a goal to
direct my energy to.
Finally I had a really close look at the problem. I said to myself,
“Girl, if you are able to bear four children and manage all of your
activities (housekeeping, community service, silk-painting workshops
I was giving, the parents-board I set up at school, and many other
things I was involved in) all by yourself, then you must be
able to put ALL this energy TOGETHER in ONE direction and move forward
faster than a rocket to the moon!”
But I had no clue what my goal in life was and how
to get there. I got more and more envious of people who had
this inner peace and this outer glow on their face and who did
succeed in life. I had all the ingredients right there
but still nothing happened. There was some key element missing.
People saw me as a very talented person, but I felt like a chicken
with its head cut off, heading in any and all directions at the
same time. I was angry and agitated, running around like a very
busy woman, seemingly “getting on top of everything,” but the truth
is I was haunted by the idea of kicking the bucket BEFORE it all
got started! Really, I was afraid that everything would be over
and done with, before I had the chance to live MY life! I got sick
of it.
So there I was, with all of my talents spread out before me, and
nothing happening. Only frustration. It's like baking a cake for
the first time: all the ingredients are out on the table, but if
you don't know how to put them together, there will be no cake.
Now I know what was lacking then: the idea of
the cake and the recipe ! The separate ingredients
are completely useless if you don't know what to do with them! The
butter will get rancid, the milk will go bad, bugs will breed in
the flower and the eggs will start to smell. Fine ingredients, yes,
but without the purpose of making a cake, they just sit
and rot.
So the key element that was missing was this: I didn't
know the purpose of my life !
When I understood this, at first I got angry with myself! I said,
“You stupid girl! Did you go through college and all these workshops
and self-help courses to find out you're missing a purpose in life?”
Of course the anger didn't help me go forward, so I said, “Ok, it's
not your fault, nobody told you, and you couldn't have known.”
Then I started looking for tools to discover my purpose and to
set goals! I found a little bit here, a little bit there, all of
it valuable stuff, yes, but scattered around in pieces, and I got
frustrated again. That's when I found my own purpose
: to write a comprehensive masterpiece of purpose-hunting
and goal-setting. To create workbooks with ALL of the tools and
techniques for success put together. Everything in ONE clear and
practical exercise book for finding one's purpose, and another for
creating success. I compiled these programs and tested them on many
people in individual and group sessions, with fabulous results!
This is what I'm doing every day of my life since then : assist
people to find the purpose of their lifes and achieve their goals!
And what happened? From the moment I made my inner search for meaning
the priority of my life, I found inner peace and most of all : enthusiasm!
All these harassing questions that have been torturing my mind since
decades suddenly stopped. I felt like a heavy burden was taken off
of my shoulders and I discovered what this means : to live one's
life on purpose.
Having a purpose gives a direction to your life. You don't live
scattered anymore. You will know exactly what to do and with whom
to travel on your road. Those who help you achieve your goals are
the good companions, those who hold you back are to be left behind.
Did everything go by itself since I found my life's purpose? No!
It would be too easy! I had to leave my husband since he belonged
to the second category…I knew I would lose too much energy on negative
disputes staying with him, so I moved out with my four little kids.
It was a hard time in the beginning, but after only two months,
things started to flow in a miraculous way and they still do abundantly
: love, wealth, health (God knows I was an abonnee in the hospital
before, seen as a weak person in the family, always ill, always
tired, not designed to live long…), friendship, inspiration, coincidences,
being at the right place at the right moment, help, support, success,
recognition… All these things are “spiritual articles” which
start to flow in your life once you are connected to your souls
purpose!
If you want to become happy and filled with enthusiasm, do as I
did : find out WHY you are here and start doing what it takes to
realize your dreams. You will find finally PEACE and JOY in your
heart and mind.
If you have a dream, then cherish it. It is your dream and it is
your responsibility ( response-ability ) to realize it.
Act and get yourself moving in the direction of your goal.
I did, once I found out about myself and my reason of living. I
started to really LIVE my dreams and I made a priority about realizing
what I saw with my mental eyes. Not always easy to stay focused
on my goal with four teenagers claiming my attention, but I feel
like being carried by a higher energy that makes the impossible
possible.
I can assure you this: it feels good! It feels wonderful! Having
a purpose and knowing how to fulfill it replenishes my energy day
after day! I used to drag around this dreadful fatigue all the time,
wondering how I could make it through the day, make it to that moment
of relief where I could go to bed again. But now I have a completely
different problem: how to keep up with this sparkling fountain of
energy! I feel carried along by a divine energy taking me to
where I want to be, very quickly indeed. I am filled with enthusiasm
and all my energy is focused on one thing: helping you
realize your dreams, freeing your potential
by taking off the chains that are holding you back.
I am here to convince you to drop the frustration right now ( you
don't have to wait as long as I did! ) and to give you
a glimpse of paradise: feeling the power of living life on your
own terms!
Enjoy your success and enjoy living your dreams!
